You don’t have to be high maitenance, but we’re not mad if you are! No matter the level, you absolutely need a rhythm and plan to take care of the external parts of you. They all deserve attention- because neglect adds up and care restores more than just your appearance. We love a simple daily skin and body care routine, with a weekly “deep clean” for the heavier stuff- think hair masks, foot scrubs, and nail treatments.
Hydration & Intuitive Eating
We know, you’ve heard this before but yes, you need to drink your water! It’s the number one way to nourish your outsides and insides, and if nothing else it’s the one thing you should start today.
Eating should be rooted in connection, not restriction- tuning in, not cutting out. We love focused eating, taking your time and enjoying it. Savor your meals and make them a whole experience, without your phone in your hand.
Grounding & Nature
Time outside shifts your whole energy, even if it's just for a few minutes. Nature is a freebie for regulating your whole system. Bare feet on the ground, sunlight on your skin, breeze in your hair- it’s all medicine for your soul. Bonus points if you ignore your phone or talk to a tree. The more present you are, the more you’ll take in.
Vitamin D
Yeah we mentioned sun already, but it gets it’s own section because it’s that important. If you can’t get it naturally, supplement it. Your body, mood, and soul literally need it to function. It’s simple, essential, and what’s better than sunshine on your face, while wearing a great sunscreen of course!
Movement
Stretch, walk, dance, run, skip, we really don’t care how you do it, but get it done! Movement clears energy, moves emotion, and keeps you rooted in your body. It doesn’t have to be a “workout”- it just has to happen. We promise you’ll feel good after.
Supplements
